One in four people in the United States have been involved in a vehicle crash in the last five years. When is a vehicle accident actually a crash? Fortunately, very few people try to injure another person with their vehicle. The word "accident" implies that no one is to blame. The Duncan Firm believes when personal injury—either to a person or property—is the result and the injured party should be made as close to "whole" as possible. That makes it a crash; not an accident.
