For more than 30 years Don Griffin was an insurance company claims adjuster. In that role, he’s spent more time in the courtroom than the majority of lawyers. That experience has served him well as a case manager and investigator at Duncan Firm. Don uses his inside knowledge of how insurance claims are handled to help clients receive fair settlements. When a case is resolved, he sees firsthand the positive effect the outcome has on clients who have suffered hardship due to a vehicle crash, medical malpractice or defective products.
Don is a native of Little Rock and a longtime trusted friend of Phillip Duncan. He is married with two sons.
