As someone who believes that you should never stop learning, Wayne Duncan has learned a lot. He first learned the ins and outs of business as a longtime successful business owner. He then became an insurance claims adjuster, working to provide relief to hurricane victims in Florida. In 2004, he joined his brother Phillip Duncan at Duncan Firm as case manager and business manager.

Wayne feels great empathy for Duncan Firm clients and often gets to know them personally. For many years, Wayne has seen his brother Phillip work tirelessly to see justice done for clients, often when no one else would take on the case. Wayne is proud of his ‘big brother’ and enjoys working with him every day.
